The Authentic Aruban & Caribbean Buffet is available every Monday through Saturday. On Sundays, we serve our famous Sunday Brunch.
- Lunch from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM for $24.50 per person.
- Dinner from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM for $35.00 per person.
The menu abounds with traditional favorites, featuring a daily rotation of classic Caribbean appetizers and fresh salads. Guests may choose to complement their starters with a local hot soup, which also presents different flavors, preparations, and ingredients. The soup, like our other offerings, rotates on a daily basis, giving our guests the opportunity to sample different tastes on different days of the week. Unlimited main courses feature staples like jerk chicken, beef and chicken stews, Keshi Yena, among others. These are prepared a-la-minute, fresh from our kitchen.
"Our team is incredibly diverse, and our buffet assortment highlights this. Besides our traditional local dishes made by our Aruban chefs and cooks, we also offer various Caribbean dishes created by our Jamaican, Dominican, Haitian, Colombian, and Venezuelan chefs and cooks. Each chef or cook concentrates on making an authentic dish from their region, highlighting the delightful palettes they remember from infancy. It is also important to us to support our local farmers as much as possible. Our assortment rotates to include ingredients that are in season, and we source as much as we can locally or from nearby regions.
